Lymphatic Drainage Manual or Electromechanical

The gentle touch that awakens the body. Reduce swelling and toxins with the manual Vodder method or enhance the effect with our advanced technologies: Cryo T-Shock, Advanced Tecartherapy and Limfa® Therapy.

The Science of Flow

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder method) is a unique massage technique. Unlike deep muscle massages, it uses slow, rhythmic and very gentle (skin-touch) movements to act directly on the lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is the body's "sweeper": it collects excess fluids, metabolic waste and toxins from tissues to eliminate them. When this system slows down (due to sedentary lifestyle, heat, hormones or pathologies), fluids stagnate, creating swelling (edema) and inflammation. Massage "pumps" these fluids manually toward lymph nodes, freeing tissues.

💧 Beneficial Effects

Anti-Edematous Effect

Rapidly eliminates fluid stagnation. Ideal for swollen ankles, bags under eyes and general heaviness.

Immune Response

By stimulating lymph passage through lymph nodes, it enhances local and general immune defenses.

Relaxing Action

The rhythm and lightness of the touch activate the parasympathetic system (vagotonia), inducing deep psychophysical relaxation.

Tissue Regeneration

Improves oxygenation of skin and subcutaneous tissue. Excellent aid in cellulite treatment.

Specific Applications

  • Venous and Lymphatic Insufficiency Heavy legs, night cramps, varicose veins (early stage), primary and secondary lymphedema.
  • Cellulite (PEFS) Essential in the first stage (edematous) to drain inflammatory fluids that cause tissue degeneration.
  • Post-Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Essential after liposuction, breast surgery or eyelid surgery to reabsorb hematomas and edema and prevent fibrosis.
  • Pregnancy Safe and effective in relieving typical pregnancy-related leg swelling (from 3rd month).
