Decontracting Massage

Power and precision to free your muscles. Deep treatment to release chronic tension, improve sports performance and recover quickly.

Deep Massage: How It Works

Decontracting massage is a vigorous technique that works on deep muscle layers and connective tissue (fascia). Unlike relaxing massage, it aims to release physically contractions: bands of muscle fibers that remain in a state of constant tension due to exertion, incorrect postures or stress.

We use techniques such as ischemic pressures, deep transverse friction and slow but intense manipulation to restore oxygen to tissue and "unlock" the muscle fiber, returning it to its natural length and elasticity.

For the Athlete

  • Pre-Race: Warms and vascularizes muscles (fast maneuvers).
  • Post-Race: Accelerates lactic acid and micro-toxin removal.
  • Prevention: Keeps tissues elastic reducing strain risk.

For Daily Life

  • Office Postures: Releases upper back and shoulder stiffness from PC work.
  • Accumulated Stress: "Unlocks" the diaphragm and closed shoulders.
  • Morning Stiffness: Improves mobility upon waking.
